Install and log in to the 'Lotte Mobile Gift Card' app 2. Select the 'Register Land Exchange Ticket' menu 3. Enter the e-voucher barcode number 16 digits 4. Convert to Lotte Mobile e-voucher

1. 교환권 전체 금액을 한번에 교환해주세요. (분할사용/잔액환불불가)
2. 롯데지류상품권 교환 후 취소 불가합니다.
3. 롯데모바일상품권 교환 후 취소 가능합니다. 단, 교환권의 유효기간 이내, 상품권 미사용 상태일 때, 앱에서 직접 취소 신청해주세요.
1. Please exchange the total amount of the e-voucher at once (Use in installments/No refund of the balance).
2. The Lotte Land e-voucher cannot be canceled after exchanging it.
3. You can cancel it after exchanging a Lotte mobile e-voucher. However, if the e-voucher is not in use within the expiration date of the exchange, please apply for cancellation directly from the app.
