يمكن استبدال بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية من ايكيا في المتجر وعبر الإنترنت. لاستبدال بطاقة الهدايا، يجب على العميل إدخال/تقديم رقم البطاقة ورقم التعريف الشخصي (PIN) عند الدفع. الصلاحية: سنة واحدة.
1. The Gift Card can be used only at IKEA stores and IKEA online in UAE. 2. Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 3. The Gift Card cannot be obtained or redeemed for cash, returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. This also applies to expired Gift Cards. 4. If misplaced, IKEA and MYLIST cannot block or cancel the Gift Card and they will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen Gift Cards. 5. To redeem the Gift Card, the customer must enter/provide the Card number and PIN at checkout. 6. Gift Cards can be used to purchase discounted products. 7. Should IKEA cease to operate for any reason or is not in partnership with MYLIST or any company affiliated with MYLIST, MYLIST reserves the right to exchange the Gift Card against a MYLIST gift card or any other gift card for an equivalent value. No cash or points refund is allowed. 8. Receipt and use of this Gift Card constitute acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully on www.ikea.ae 9. The Gift Card can only be loaded once and cannot be topped up. 10. The Gift Card can be loaded with a minimum balance of AED 50, and a maximum balance of AED 5,000. 11. As the Gift Card is transferable, neither IKEA nor MYLIST is responsible for checking the ownership of the Gift Card before acceptance at the checkout. 12. Refunds of merchandise purchased with the Gift Card will be in the form of another Gift Card or refund card only. All refunds are subject to IKEA’s official Refund Policy which may change from time to time. 13. IKEA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions governing the use of the Gift Card from time to time at its sole discretion. 14. IKEA's decisions on all matters relating to the connection with the use of the Gift Card shall be final and binding on the Customers. 15. The Gift Card can be used for complete or partial payment and as many times until the balance is zero. 16. In-store customers can pay part of the total purchase value by Gift Card and the other part by cash or credit/ debit card. 17. Online customers can pay part of the total purchase value by Gift Card and the other part by credit or debit card. Cash on delivery will not be available to purchases where part payment is done with a Gift Card. 18. 1. يمكن استخدام بطاقة الهدايا فقط في متاجر ايكيا وعلى موقع ايكيا الإلكتروني في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. 2. صالحة لمدة 12 شهرًا من تاريخ الشراء. 3. لا يمكن الحصول على بطاقة الهدايا أو استبدالها نقدًا أو إرجاعها أو استرداد قيمتها ولا يمكن استبدالها في حالة فقدها أو سرقتها أو تلفها. وينطبق هذا أيضًا على بطاقات الهدايا منتهية الصلاحية. 4. في حالة فقدها، لا يمكن لشركة ايكيا وMYLIST حظر بطاقة الهدايا أو إلغاؤها ولن تكونا مسؤولين عن أي معاملات على بطاقات الهدايا المفقودة/المسروقة. 5. لاسترداد بطاقة الهدايا، يجب على العميل إدخال/تقديم رقم البطاقة ورقم التعريف الشخصي عند الدفع. 6. يمكن استخدام بطاقات الهدايا لشراء المنتجات المخفضة. 7. في حالة توقف ايكيا عن العمل لأي سبب أو عدم الشراكة مع MYLIST أو أي شركة تابعة لـ MYLIST، تحتفظ MYLIST بالحق في استبدال بطاقة الهدايا ببطاقة هدايا MYLIST أو أي بطاقة هدايا أخرى بقيمة معادلة. لا يُسمح باسترداد النقود أو النقاط. 8. إن استلام واستخدام بطاقة الهدايا هذه يشكل قبولاً للشروط والأحكام، ولذلك نوصيك بقراءتها بعناية على www.ikea.ae 9. لا يمكن تحميل بطاقة الهدايا إلا مرة واحدة ولا يمكن تعبئتها. 10. يمكن تحميل بطاقة الهدايا برصيد أدنى قدره 50 درهمًا إماراتيًا، ورواسب قصوى قدرها 5000 درهم إماراتي. 11. نظرًا لأن بطاقة الهدايا قابلة للتحويل، فلا تتحمل ايكيا ولا MYLIST مسؤولية التحقق من ملكية بطاقة الهدايا قبل قبولها عند الدفع. 12. سيتم رد الأموال مقابل البضائع المشتراة ببطاقة الهدايا في شكل بطاقة هدايا أخرى أو بطاقة استرداد فقط. تخضع جميع عمليات رد الأموال لسياسة الاسترداد الرسمية الخاصة بايكيا والتي قد تتغير من وقت لآخر. 13. تحتفظ ايكيا بالحق في تغيير الشروط والأحكام التي تحكم استخدام بطاقة الهدايا من وقت لآخر وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص. 14. تكون قرارات ايكيا بشأن جميع المسائل المتعلقة بالارتباط باستخدام بطاقة الهدايا نهائية وملزمة للعملاء. 15. يمكن استخدام بطاقة الهدايا للدفع الكامل أو الجزئي وبقدر ما تريد حتى يصبح الرصيد صفرًا. 16. يمكن للعملاء داخل المتجر دفع جزء من إجمالي قيمة الشراء ببطاقة الهدايا والجزء الآخر نقدًا أو ببطاقة الائتمان/الخصم. 17. يمكن للعملاء عبر الإنترنت دفع جزء من إجمالي قيمة الشراء ببطاقة الهدايا والجزء الآخر ببطاقة الائتمان أو الخصم. لن يكون الدفع عند الاستلام متاحًا للمشتريات التي يتم فيها الدفع الجزئي ببطاقة الهدايا. 18. لا تقع مسؤولية التحقق من الرصيد والاستفسارات عن الصلاحية والاسترداد الجزئي على عاتق MYLIST. للاسترداد الجزئي والاستفسار عن الرصيد وانتهاء الصلاحية وموقع المتجر والشروط والأحكام التفصيلية، يرجى زيارة www.ikea.ae أو زيارة أحد مكاتب الدفع في المتجر. 19. تنطبق شروط وأحكام ايكيا - https://www.ikea.com/ae/en/customer-service/services/ikea-gift-card-pubf07a2a70
