How to Redeem, Support & Instructions
(1) The voucher can only be redeemed at the store. (2) Please present this voucher to the cashier. (3) Cashier will scan the barcode to offset the voucher value from the total bill to complete the transaction.
Terms & Conditions
(1) Valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher.
(2) Barcode of the voucher needs to be produced while redeeming.
(3) This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash/cannot be refunded.
(4) If the purchase value exceeds the value of this voucher, the difference should be settled using another valid payment method accepted at the merchant outlet.
(5) Redeemable at Cool Planet stores only.
