How to Redeem, Support & Instructions
Redeemable In-store and Online: In-store: Present your card number from your eGift email to the cashier. The cashier will manually enter the eGift card number to be applied to your purchase. Online: Log into your Zax Rewardz account to add a new gift card (with PIN included) to be stored in your account wallet and applied at checkout. Store Associate: Manually enter eGift card into the POS to be applied towards the guest's purchase. If guest has loaded eGift card into Zaxby's app, scan QR code or manually enter card number.
