- لا يحمل هذا الرمز قيمة ولا يمكن استخدامه للشراء.
- لشراء السلع من متاجر AZADEA (باستثناء Kiko Milano)، يلزم تحويل بطاقة كنز المدعومة من MyList إلى بطاقة الهدايا كنز.
- هذا الرمز صالح لمدة 12 شهرًا للاسترداد. وبعد انقضاء هذه الفترة، لن يصبح هذا الرمز صالحًا.
- تحتفظ MyList بحق إلغاء الرمز إذا تبين أنَّ هذا الإجراء ضروري. وإذا كان كذلك، فسيتم توفير بطاقة هدايا بديلة بقيمة مكافئة ما لم يُشتبه في حدوث عملية احتيال. وتظل بطاقة الهدايا في ملكية MyList.
- إذا لم تعد العلامة التجارية أو بائع التجزئة المذكور على بطاقة الهدايا قيد العمل بعد الآن لأي سبب كان أو لم يعد في شراكة مع MyList أو أي شركة تابعة لها،
- فتحتفظ MyList بحق استبدال البطاقة ببطاقة هدايا MyList أو أي بطاقة أخرى بقيمة مكافئة. ولا يُسمح باسترداد النقود أو النقاط
- تحتفظ MyList بحق تحديث شروط وأحكام بطاقات هدايا MyList وتغييرها في أي وقت. ولا يؤثر ذلك في حقوقك القانونية.
- يعد استلام بطاقة الهدايا هذه واستخدامها بمنزلة قبول للشروط والأحكام، ومن ثمَّ نوصيك بقراءتها جيدًا
- إذا فُقدت بطاقة كنز أو سُرقت، فلن تتمكن AZADEA أو MyList من حجبها/إلغائها، ولن تتحملا مسؤولية أي معاملات.

- This code has no value and can’t be used to purchase.
- To purchase items from any AZADEA stores (except Kiko Milano), Qanz powered by MyList card must be converted into a Qanz Gift Card.
- This code is valid for 12 months for redemption. After this period, this code will be invalid
- MyList reserves the right to cancel the code if such action is deemed necessary. If so, a replacement gift card of equivalent value will be offered unless fraud is suspected. The gift card remains MYLIST property
- Should the brand or retailer mentioned on the gift card is no longer operating for any reason or not in partnership with MyList or any company affiliated with MyList,
- MyList reserves the right to exchange the card against a MyList gift card or any other gift card for an equivalent value. No cash or points refund is allowed
- MyList reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of the MyList gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights.
- Receipt and use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully
- If Qanz Card is misplaced or stollen, AZADEA and MYLIST cannot block/cancel the card, and will not be responsible for any transactions.
