How to Redeem, Support & Instructions
1. Vui lòng nhấp vào nút “Đổi quà” và màn hình sẽ xuất hiện trang để bạn điền thông tin tài khoản Momo của bạn. 2. Vui lòng điền số điện thoại hoặc thông tin tài khoản Momo của bạn. Sau đó, nhấp vào nút “Xác nhận” 3. Màn hình sẽ xuất hiện một thông báo xác nhận và trên ứng dụng Momo của bạn cũng sẽ xuất hiện thông báo rằng số tiền đã được ghi nhận vào tài khoản Momo của bạn. 1. Please click on the “Redeem” button and a window pops out to enter your mobile number/account ID 2. Enter the mobile number/account ID that you are using for the Momo account to confirm. Then, click on the “Confirm” button 3. You will see a confirmation message on the screen and there will be also a notification within the Momo app indicating the amount of money credited to your Momo wallet.

Các điều khoản và điều kiện:
1. Vui lòng cập nhật sinh trắc học trên ứng dụng Momo để có thể sử dụng e-voucher. Đối với những tài khoản chưa cập nhật sinh trắc học, vui lòng cập nhật và liên hệ egift_help@wogi.biz để có thể sử dụng lại.
2. E-Voucher chỉ được sử dụng 01 lần.
3. E-Voucher có hạn sử dụng 12 tháng kể từ ngày phát hành.
4. Cả Momo và WOGI không chịu trách nhiệm trong trường hợp E-Vouchers bị mất cắp, hư hỏng.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Please update your biometric information on the Momo app to use the E-Voucher. For accounts that have not updated their biometric information, please update it and contact egift_help@wogi.biz to redeem again.
2. Each e-voucher is valid for a single use only.
3. The validity of E-Vouchers is 12 months from issuance.
4. Neither Momo nor WOGI is responsible in case of loss or damage to E-Vouchers.
