This   Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or other cards, is not reloadable or   refundable, and cannot be resold, exchanged or transferred for value, except   as required by law. Riot Games disclaims all express or implied warranties   and conditions as to the Gift Card.  Risk of Loss. Riot   Games is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used   without purchaser's permission. Riot Games reserves the right to close   customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a   fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make   purchases. Limitation   of liability. Riot Games is not liable for any failure   of a Gift Card to work in the manner described in these terms of service   caused by a third party such as the failure of the Internet, of a computer,   mobile or other device used to access the Internet, or of an Internet service   or mobile network provider. General   Terms. Riot Games reserves the right to amend these Terms and   Conditions at its sole discretion, including eligible items   and locations for redemption. All terms and conditions are applicable   to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are   deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable   term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and   enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.
