How to Redeem, Support & Instructions
Redeemable In-store only: In-store: 1. Present the eGift voucher to the waiter when asking for the bill. 2. Waiter processes on the till and the PDQ to take payment from the eGift. 3. New eGift issued to cover the remaining balance. Store Associate: Please manually enter the 10 digit numerical code(s) via the Eagleeye option under 'other' on your PDQ. Keep an eye out for declined slips in case some of the balance has already been used.
Terms & Conditions
1. Your PizzaExpress gift card can be used as payment at any PizzaExpress restaurant in the UK.
2. Any value on a PizzaExpress gift card will expire 24 months after last use. Any value left on the gift card after this time will be automatically and permanently deducted.
3. Monies on a PizzaExpress gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. After use, any remaining balance will be stored on the PizzaExpress gift card and may be used to pay for future purchases.
5. Please protect your PizzaExpress gift card and treat it as cash, as the balance cannot be returned if the card is lost or stolen.

7. The PizzaExpress gift card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card.
8. PizzaExpress reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time or withdraw the PizzaExpress gift card on reasonable notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
