How to Redeem your digital eGift card In-Store Present your eGift card to the cashier (either by smartphone or printout) when you are ready to redeem. The team member will direct you to the keypad to enter the 16-digit eGift card number. Please use 12/49 as the expiration date.

This card is subject to all state and federal laws and regulations, which may change from time to time. Therefore, the terms and conditions affecting this Card are subject to change without notice. For avoidance of doubt, Card may not be used for: lottery, money orders, payment of Pilot credit, purchase another gift card or as prohibited by local laws and ordinances. Pilot Travel Centers LLC is not responsible if the Card is lost, stolen, or used without authorization. No expiration date or service fees.
