How to Redeem, Support & Instructions
Vui lòng xuất trình đường link nhận quà có chứa mã evoucher cho nhân viên tại quầy trước khi thanh toán để được áp dụng evoucher. Không chấp nhận đường link chụp qua màn hình điện thoại. Please present the link containing the evoucher code to the staff at the counter before payment. Do not accept if the link taken via phone screen.
Terms & Conditions
- Đến trực tiếp tại các cơ sở, cửa hàng của Phúc Long để đổi quà.
- Hạn sử dụng của evoucher được hiển thị ở trên evoucher.
- E-voucher được áp dụng tại tất cả địa điểm kinh doanh của Phuc Long (trừ cửa hàng Phúc Long Takashimaya và Phúc Long Sân Bay Tân Sơn Nhất).
- evoucher không được sử dụng kết hợp với các chương trình quà tặng, khuyến mãi khác như cộng điểm, giảm giá.
- Áp dụng cho tất cả các ngày trong tuần, ngày lễ, ngày tết.
- Có thể sử dụng nhiều mã evoucher trên cùng 1 hoá đơn. evoucher sẽ không được hoàn lại tiền thừa và không có giá trị quy đổi thành tiền mặt.
- Cả Wogi và Phúc Long không chịu trách nhiệm trong trường hợp evoucher bị mất cắp, quá hạn sử dụng, đồng thời cũng không có nghĩa vụ thay thế hoặc đền bù giá trị cho chủ nhân của evoucher.
- Phúc Long có quyền từ chối nhận evoucher nếu bị coi là giả mạo hoặc hết hạn.

- Visit directly at Phuc Long's stores and shops to redeem e-voucher. - The expiry date of the E-voucher is displayed above the Evoucher. - E-voucher is applicable at all Phuc Long business locations (except Phuc Long Takashimaya and Phuc Long Tan Son Nhat Airport). - Evoucher can not be combined with all other promotions like points accummulation, discount. - Applicable for all days of the week, holidays and New Year. - Can use multiple e-vouchers on one receipt. The e-voucher will not be refunded and cannot be exchanged for cash. - Both Wogi and Phuc Long are not responsible in case the e-voucher is stolen, expired, and there is no obligation to replace or compensate the owner of the e-voucher. - Phuc Long reserves the right to refuse to receive an e-voucher if it is deemed to be fake or expired. - Please see more information at Phuc Long’s website: phuclong.com.vn
