How to Redeem, Support & Instructions
客人必須以電子券上的二維碼換領飲品，而此券之二維碼只可使用一次。影印本恕不接受。 Customers must use the QR code to redeem the beverage, and the code is valid for one-time use only. Photocopies of this voucher will not be accepted.
Terms & Conditions
1. 此電子券持有人可於購買任何菜單上之手調飲品 之交易中作現金HK$XX付款，餘款將不予退還 (如欲升級選用燕麥奶，每杯飲品需額外加$4)
2. 此電子券只能在有效期内使用。請於有效日期前使用、逾期作廢
3. 此電子券適用於全線香港Pacific Coffee分店
4. 此電子券不可兌換現金，不適用於網站或應用程式內購物及外賣遞送服務
5. 於購買兩杯手調飲品或以上之交易，顧客可使用多於一張電子現金券，惟每張電子現金券只可於最多兩杯手調飲品之總值提供現金扣減
6. 於購買一杯手調飲品之交易，顧客只可使用一張電子現金券
7. 此電子券不可與其他優惠同時使用 （自攜盛器優惠除外）
8. 影印本恕不接受
9. 此電子券之二維碼只可使用一次
10. 此電子券如有遺失或損壞，恕不補發
11. Pacific Coffee Co. Ltd. 將保留此優惠之最終決定權
1. This e-voucher entitles the holder to settle payment as HK$XX upon any purchase of handcrafted beverage on our menu and unused value will be forfeited (an additional $4 will be charged per beverage to upgrade to oat milk).
2. This e-voucher is valid until expiry date stated, and expiry date is non-extendable.
3. This e-voucher is redeemable at all Pacific Coffee in Hong Kong.
4. This e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or its equivalent and is not applicable to in-app purchase and delivery services.
5. For the transaction of two or above beverages, more than one e-vouchers can be used and each e-voucher can be used to settle payment for a maximum of two beverages
6. For the transaction of one beverage, only one e-voucher can be used.
7. This e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or privileges (except bring-your-own-mug discount)
8. Photocopies of this voucher will not be accepted.
9. The QR code on this e-voucher is valid for one-time use only.
10. This e-voucher will not be re-issued in case of loss or damage.
11. Pacific Coffee Co. Ltd. reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.
