How to Redeem, Support & Instructions
Visit any of the Nike Stores in Singapore. Available locations Once you complete shopping, ask for a gift card redemption desk at the payment counter. Present your Mooments gift card code at the redemption desk. Once the cashier/redemption person enters your Gift Card code in their system, you will receive an OTP. Share this with them. Redemption completed
Terms & Conditions
- Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash and can be only redeemed at Nike Stores in Singapore.
- Gift Card can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will automatically be forfeited.
- Multiple Nike Stores Gift Cards from Mooments can be used in a single transaction.
- Gift Cards not utilized before the expiry date will be forfeited without a refund or exchange.
- No extensions of the expiry date will be entertained for expired gift cards. Gift Card(s) are strictly not valid for resale.
