How to Redeem, Support & Instructions
1. Tunjukkan kode e-voucher beserta barcode yang ada di voucher anda ke kasir 2. Nilai e-voucher akan mengurangi total pembayaran anda 3. Tidak ada pengembalian uang apabila transaksi di bawah nilai nominal e-voucher 4. Pelanggan wajib membayar selisih harga apabila transaksi di atas nilai nominal e-voucher 1. Show the e-voucher code along with the barcode on your e-voucher to the cashier. 2. The value of the e-voucher will reduce your total payment. 3. There are no refunds if the transaction is below the nominal e-voucher value. 4. Customers are required to pay the price difference if the transaction is above the e-voucher value.
Terms & Conditions
1. E-voucher berlaku di toko-toko Hypermart, Foodmart, Primo, Hyfresh, dan FMX.
2. E-voucher tidak dapat diuangkan, termasuk dengan cara mengembalikan barang.
3. E-voucher ini tidak berlaku untuk barang tenant.
4. E-voucher ini berlaku untuk pembelian minimal senilai nominal yang tertera.
5. E-voucher yang sudah ditransaksikan tidak boleh dibatalkan/ditarik Kembali.
6. E-voucher dapat digunakaan selama masa berlaku sesuai dengan informasi yang tercantum dalam aplikasi.
7. Jika ada kendala terkait Redeem atau penggunaan e-voucher termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada masa berlaku, kehilangan Kode e-voucher, dan sebagaimana, dapat menghubungi customer service WOGI.
8. E-voucher berlaku setiap hari, termasuk weekend dan hari libur Nasional.
9. E-voucher hanya dapat digunakan 1 (satu) kali tanpa minimum transaksi.
10. Satu transaksi dapat menggunakan lebih dari 1 e-voucher.
11. Jika transaksi dibatalkan e-voucher akan dianggap hangus.
12. E-voucher tidak dapat dikembalikan atau ditukar dengan uang tunai.
13. Tidak ada pengembalian uang apabila transaksi di bawah nilai nominal e-voucher.
14. Pelanggan wajib membayar selisih harga apabila transaksi di atas nilai nominal e-voucher.
15. E-voucher wajib di tukarkan di Area Kasir
1. E-voucher are valid at Hypermart, Foodmart, Primo, Hyfresh, and FMX stores.
2. E-voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, including by returning items.
3. This e-voucher is not valid for tenant items.
4. This e-voucher is valid for purchases of at least the stated nominal value.
5. E-vouchers that have been redeemed cannot be canceled or withdrawn.
6. E-vouchers can be used during the validity period as stated in the application.
7. If you encounter any issues regarding redemption or use of E-vouchers, including but not limited to expiration dates, lost e-voucher codes, and other issues, please contact WOGI customer service.
8. E-vouchers are valid daily, including weekends and national holidays.
9. E-vouchers can only be used once with no minimum transaction.
10. More than one e-voucher may be used per transaction.
11. If a transaction is canceled, the e-voucher will be forfeited.
12. E-vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
13. No refunds will be given for transactions below the e-voucher's face value.
14. Customers must pay the difference if the transaction exceeds the e-voucher's face value.
15. E-vouchers must be redeemed at the cashier.
