How to Redeem, Support & Instructions
• Step 1: Click on the Activation URL, make sure you have installed the Grab app, and logged in. • Step 2: Click ‘Pick Your Gift’, then proceed with saving the e-voucher to your My Rewards page. • Step 3: Choose a service and pick a gift breakdown you prefer (if applicable). • Step 4: The e-voucher has been redeemed. Click ‘View My Rewards’. • Step 5: Go through the booking steps and click "Offer" to use your e-voucher.
Terms & Conditions
1. This e-voucher is applicable to your selected option in the Philippines only.
2. Vertical type and denomination breakdown for unwrapped e-vouchers are non-reversible.
3. E-Voucher cannot be applied to the Platform Fee or Small Order Fee (if applicable).
4. The e-voucher cannot be stacked with other promotions or discounts.
5. The e-voucher must be redeemed within the stipulated period.
6. No extension of validity allowed.
7. E-voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind.
8. Any unconsumed value shall be forfeited.
