How to Redeem, Support & Instructions

Mobile phone users - Go to “REDEEM in Grab App”. Computer users - scan the QR code with their mobile phone Step 3: User will verify the correct account before adding "My Rewards". Step 4: The voucher is successfully redeemed! Users can go to the "My Rewards" page to find the voucher there.

•รับส่วนลด (ไม่รวมค่าจัดส่ง) โดยไม่มียอดใช้จ่ายขั้นต่ำกับบริการ GrabFood.
•รหัสส่วนลดนี้สามารถใช้ได้กับบริการ GrabFood ที่ให้บริการในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น.
•บัตรของขวัญนี้สามารถใช้ได้จนถึงวันหมดอายุที่ระบุ.
•ส่วนลดสามารถใช้ได้กับร้านอาหารที่ไม่มีแท็ก "non partners" เท่านั้น.
•บริษัทฯไม่รับผิดชอบต่อส่วนต่างของส่วนลดที่ใช้ไม่เต็มจำนวน และส่วนต่างนั้นไม่สามารถเก็บไว้ใช้ในการสั่งครั้งอื่นได้.
•Grab ขอสงวนสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขการขายโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และในกรณีที่มีข้อพิพาท คำตัดสินของบริษัทถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด.

•Enjoy the discount (delivery fee excluded) with no minimum spend on Grab Food service.
•Promotion applies to GrabFood order within service area in Thailand only.
•Gift voucher is valid until expiry date indicated.
•Not eligible for merchant with "Non Partner" tag.
•User agrees to pay the difference after deducting the discount as received and if the discount that the user receives is greater than the service fee each time, the user agrees that the difference from the said discount cannot be exchanged into cash or can be used as a discount for the next ride.
•Grab reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions of the co-marketing activity without prior notification, and in the event of any dispute, Grab’s decision shall be deemed final.
