To use your e-Gift Card, simply visit at Eve Clinic within Kuwait, bring along a printed copy or show this email to the cashier. 1. Only redeemable at Eve Clinic in Kuwait 2. Valid for 3 months from date of issuance 3. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged 4. If misplaced Eve Clinic and MYLIST cannot block/cancel the card, and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card 5. MYLIST reserves the right to cancel if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift card.
