Terms & Conditions
1. Eraclub Gift Card adalah e-voucher yang diterbitkan oleh PT Data Tekno Indotama subsidiaries dari PT Erajaya Swasembada.Tbk
2. Eraclub Gift Card dapat dipindah tangankan dan digunakan sebagai hadiah.
3. Eraclub Gift Card tidak dapat diuangkan.
4. Eraclub Gift Card memiliki masa berlaku hingga 12 bulan.
5. Eraclub Gift Card sudah dapat digunakan (aktif) setelah diterima oleh customer dan tidak bisa di kembalikan.
6. Eraclub Gift Card dapat dipakai di seluruh Erajaya Group Retail :
l Offline stores: Erafone, iBox, Samsung by NASA, The Face Shop, MII Store, Urban Republic, dan Garmin.
l Online : eraspace.com dan ibox.co.id
(kecuali area BATAM dan Erafone di Transmart / Hypermart / Eletronic City)
7. Maksimal 5 gift card number setiap satu transaksi di Offline Stores dan Online Stores.
8. Eraclub Gift Card dapat di gunakan di bawah nilai tertera dengan ketentuan sisa saldo tidak dapat digunakan kembali ( hangus )
9. Setelah masa berlaku kadaluarsa maka Eraclub Gift Card tersebut tidak berlaku lagi dan tidak dapat di perpanjang atau di perbaharui.
10. PT Data Tekno Indotama tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan dan tidak berkewajiban untuk mengganti Eraclub Gift Card yang hilang
11. PT Data Tekno Indotama berhak untuk setiap saat mengubah syarat dan ketentuan ini dan perubahan tersebut akan disediakan pada pusat informasi di seluruh Erajaya Group Retail.

1. Eraclub Gift Card is an e-voucher issued by PT Data Tekno Indotama, a subsidiary of PT Erajaya Swasembada.Tbk
2. Eraclub Gift Card is transferable and can be used as a gift.
3 Eraclub Gift Card is non-refundable.
4. Eraclub Gift Card has a validity period of up to 12 months.
5. Eraclub Gift Card is already activated after being received by the customer and cannot be returned.
6. Eraclub Gift Card can be used in all Erajaya Group Retail:
l Offline stores: Erafone, iBox, Samsung by NASA, The Face Shop, MII Store, Urban Republic, and Garmin.
l Online : eraspace.com and ibox.co.id
(Except for BATAM and Erafone areas in Transmart / Hypermart / Electronic City)
7. A maximum of 5 gift card numbers for every single transaction in the Offline Store and the Online Store.
8. Eraclub Gift Card can be used below the stated value provided. the remaining balance will be forfeit
9. After the validity period, the Gift Card will no longer valid or nd cannot be extended or renewed.
10. PT Data Tekno Indotama is not responsible for any loss and is not obligated to replace the gift card
11. PT Data Tekno Indotama reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and such changes will be avilable at the infromation centers across Erajaya Group Retail.
