Gift Cards (GC) can be redeemed towards any endota service or product at any endota spa in Australia. GC can also be redeemed for endota products online at endota.com.au. GC expire 3 years from date of purchase. Expired GC do not retain any value. GC cannot be exchanged for any legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card, or GC). GC are non-refundable and cannot be reissued. GC cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. endota reserves the right to change services without notice. GC must be presented in spa upon arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee being charged to the GC. GC are not valid for treatments on a public holiday. GC redeemed for treatments on a weekend will incur a surcharge.
