How to Redeem, Support & Instructions
1. Anda akan mendapatkan kode voucher Chatime. 2. Datang ke store Chatime terdekat, kemudian pesan minuman favorit anda. 3. Tunjukkan kode voucher beserta QR code kepada kasir Chatime. 4. Kasir melakukan verifikasi dan scanning atas kode voucher berserta QR code anda. 5. Transaksi berhasil, segera nikmati Chatime anda. 1. You will get a Chatime voucher code. 2. Go to the nearest Chatime store, then order your favorite drink. 4. Show the voucher code along with the barcode to the Chatime cashier. 5. The cashier verifies and scans the voucher code along with your barcode. 6. Transaction is successful, enjoy your Chatime immediately.
Terms & Conditions
1. Kode voucher ini berlaku untuk transaksi minum di tempat dan take away (tidak berlaku transaksi di Chatime Foodhall Plaza Senayan, aplikasi/website/online delivery, dan bazaar).
2. Kode voucher berlaku hingga tanggal kedaluwarsa yang tertera pada voucher.
3. 1 kode voucher hanya dapat digunakan untuk 1 transaksi (tidak dapat dikembalikan dan selisih lebih dibayarkan oleh pengguna langsung ke Chatime).
4. Kode voucher tidak dapat digabung penggunaannya dalam 1 transaksi.
5. Chatime berhak untuk membatalkan transaksi jika ditemukan informasi kode voucher sudah pernah digunakan sebelumnya di Chatime dan apabila ditemukan indikasi penyalahgunaan kode voucher oleh pengguna.

1. This voucher code is valid for instore and take away transactions (Can not be use for Chatime Foodhall Plaza Senayan, application/website/online delivery, and bazaars).
2. The voucher code is valid until the expiration date stated on the voucher.
3. 1 voucher code can only be used for 1 transaction (non-refundable and the excess shall be paid by the user directly to Chatime).
4. Voucher codes cannot be combined in one transaction.
5. Chatime has the right to cancel the transaction if it is found that the voucher code information has been used before and if there is an indication of fraud by the user.
