This e-Gift card must be represented prior to sale transactions inorder to deduct the card amount on customers final invoice 4. Valid for 12 months from date of issuance 5. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion sales at Al Guthmi showrooms. 6. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged 7. If misplaced Al Guthmi and MYLIST cannot block/cancel the card, and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card 8. MYLIST reserves the right to cancel if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains MYLIST property 9. Should the brand or retailer mentioned on the gift card is not operating any more for any reason or is not in partnership with MYLIST or any company affiliated with MYLIST, MYLIST reserves the right to exchange the card against a MYLIST gift card or any other gift card for an equivalent value.
